EXPERIENCED. STRATGIC. PURPOSEFUL
At View10D, we save our clients time and money by combining strategy and property expertise to provide a clear way forward from the outset.
Through decades of experience, View10D founders, Jacqui Baxter and Smriti Singh had seen how engaging both service strategy and property expertise from the initial concept stages of a project could provide a clear path to achieve objectives, reduce costs, time and exposure to risks. View10D was created to fully integrate the relevant expertise and in doing so maximise the benefits and reduce the clients need to align professionals from different sectors.
Working on Public and Third sector Projects both founders has encountered 'chicken and egg' scenarios where service and property strategies had interdependencies which needed to be connected to achieve an optimal mission lead outcomes. Key to the services provided to clients is in-depth knowledge and experience in Strategy and transformation for the public sector and Real Estate, particularly investment and development surveying, strategic portfolio management, valuation and regeneration. Our ability to save our clients money hinges on brining commercial methodologies to complex public sector challenges.
We operate through a network model, working with trusted associates across strategy, planning, engineering, architecture, finance, social value, and law.
Our experience spans multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, leisure, charity, infrastructure, commercial, and residential. We work with central and local government, third sector organisations, investors, and developers.
At View10D, we recognise that property is more than an asset — it’s central to delivering services, shaping communities, and enabling long-term impact.
