Smriti Singh

Smriti has over 25 years’ of providing strategic advice and delivering change programmes in public services. She provides strategy and transformation expertise to local councils, NHS trusts, charities and the private sector.
Smriti has chosen to focus her career on public services and has worked with some of the most well known organisations and most innovative changes. She has worked as Healthcare Transformation Lead at Arcadis and her early career was with major consulting firms. She also worked with the major US healthcare organisation, Optum, where her role included working with NHS England on the development of integrated care systems.
She has worked with a number of local councils, on a range of initiatives, including social care transformation, the SEND agenda and digitisation. The Central Government departments with which Smriti has worked include the Home Office, DWP and DHSC.
Smriti's experience includes a mix of built environment and change projects. Smriti has 'Better Business Case' accreditation and worked on numerous business cases for new NHS buildings. She has developed an 'Experts Network' of senior clinicians, who are called on when up to date clinical input is needed.
Smriti is a thought leader in the sector, having published in 'Health Estate Journal', 'Building', 'Community Care' and 'the British Journal of Nursing'.
Smriti holds an MA from Oxford University. She is a Trustee of the charity 'Gambling with Lives'.
