At its heart, every business case needs to make a compelling case for change. We work with senior stakeholders to develop and translate organisational/ system vision and strategies so they align with and support making the case for capital investment.

Business case authorship  

Our team has extensive experience of authoring and reviewing business cases, at all stages, and for all 5 cases of the ‘5 case model’. We have produced Strategic Outline Cases, Outline Business Cases and Full Business Cases.

Stakeholder engagement

Drawing on our experience of working with senior leaders, we design and run workshops to develop strategies and appraise options.

Lead Consultant

We have an extensive network of trusted contacts in construction and property consultancy. This, together with our strong project management capability and seniority means we are well placed to be the ‘Lead Consultant’ on business cases, bringing together other expert advisers as and when needed.
